Evaluation of Social Forestry Programmes in Tamil Nadu, Funded by the Dept. of Forests, Govt. of Tamil Nadu. This is an independent field based study carried out by me in 1982.

Evolution of Devolution: A Study of Panchayati Raj Institutions in Tamil Nadu. This Project is funded by the Institute of Development Studies (IDS), University of Sussex, and U.K. 2002-04. I am In- charge of Tamil Nadu study for conducting extensive field studies in the villages of Tamil Nadu and for report preparation in the year 2003. Project Director: Prof. V.K. Natraj.
